Most universities only create budget accounts for faculty. Often the best way to have the funds go to your institution is to have your advisor set up a gift account or use an existing gift account. When filling out your payout information, you either need to get the bank account information (for ACH transfer) from your department, development office, or office of sponsored programs. If you know who will be filling out you can copy a unique link for your project and send that webpage over to the right contact at the University.
If you are raising a small amount of money you also always have the option of transferring the money directly to a personal U.S. bank account. Money that is transferred to a personal account may be taxable.
